Shelf Theory’s price match guarantee extends to all customers who can produce an “apples to apples” quote from any competitor (same number of shelves, hardware, work being performed, etc). Despite Shelf Theory’s superior product offering, including superior drawer lock joinery and materials, service, and warranty, these will not be taken into consideration of the “apples to apples” price match.
Items taken into consideration are:
Hardware type (must be matching our full extension 100lb rated ball bearing slides or soft close ball bearing slides). ¾ Extension, 55lb rated, Euro slides are what most companies will start with for hardware.
Shelf height – Despite offering the highest size standard across all companies (3” standard, most companies start with 2 3/8 or 2 ½) so long as the competition is offering a shelf height within a 5/8 inch margin we will still price match.
Item Type – There are several different specialty items Shelf Theory makes (Upper Spice Pull Out, Slide Out Caddies, Vertical Tray Units, Trash Can Pull outs) that other companies may or may not. We’ll assess these items as best we can to ensure if the items are the same or equivalent and they can also be price matched.
